Fundraising with Rolf’s Pies is a wonderful, fresh alternative to traditional fundraising methods. Instead of having to work hard to sell products that no-one really wants, delicious Rolf’s Pies will practically sell themselves – everyone loves stocking their freezer with our “home-baked” style pies, pasties and savoury rolls.
How to Fundraise with Rolf's Pies
Step 1
Book a date for your Pie Drive and obtain our current Order Form
by calling Rolf's Pies on 9898 3403.
Step 2
4 weeks before your pie drive date, distribute a copy of the Rolf’s Pie Drive order form to every member of your organisation. Ask members to obtain orders from family & friends and return the form to you within 2 weeks.
Step 3
7 days before your pie drive date, tally the total pie quantities and ring your total order through to Rolf’s Pies on 9898 3403.
Step 4
On the date of your pie drive, your pies will be delivered to you FREE* in Rolf’s own refrigerated van at your chosen time. Depending on the size of your pie drive, you may like to organise a few friends to help you divide up the pies into individual orders, ready for collection by your members.
* Free delivery applies to delivery within Melbourne’s eastern suburbs between 9am-4pm Monday to Friday, when the pie drive invoice totals over $500.
